Ingredients
Tan Tan Noodle Sauce
   Sesame paste (Tahini)1 Tbs
   Creamy peanut butter2 Tbs
   Soy sauce 2 Tbs
   Sesame oil 1 Tbs
   Sugar 2 tsp
   Rice vinegar1 tsp
   Oiled chili pepper 2 Tbs
   Mushroom concentrate
   (optional)
1/2 tsp
Dried noodle for 4 person
Minced scallion as desired
Peanut powder as desired
Minced pickled Chinese mustard as desired

Instructions
1.Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles by following the package instruction.
2.While cooking the noodles, add the Tan Tan Noodles Sauce ingredients and 2 ladles of cooking noodle water to a blender and mix well.
3. Place some noodles in a bowl; pour sauce over the noodles then sprinkle with the minced scallion, peanut powder and minced pickled Chinese mustard. Mix the sauce with noodles while serving.

   芝麻醬1 大匙
   花生醬2 大匙
   醬油2 大匙
   麻油1 大匙
   糖2 小匙
   米醋1 小匙
   老干媽油辣椒2 大匙
   香菇精(可免)1/2 小匙
乾麵 4人份
蔥花 隨意
花生粉 隨意
榨菜丁 隨意

做法
1.燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照麵條包裝指示將麵煮熟。
2.煮麵的同時將擔擔麵醬汁加1杯煮麵水用食物調理機打勻。
3.麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡,淋上醬汁,再撒上蔥花,花生粉和榨菜丁。食用時將醬汁与麵拌勻。
